A collaboration with our wine-merchant mates. They stole Nonna's recipe, tipped in some Doom Juice La Rossa, and infused it with Carolina Reaper chillies – a match made in hell. The result is a rich, deep sauce with melt-your-face heat. Proceed with caution.
