Shipping policy

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed after 2pm AEST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic shipping (Australia) Standard shipping: $9.95 — estimated 3–7 business days. Express shipping: $14.95 — estimated 1–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over $60 AUD.

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

International shipping We currently ship within Australia only.

Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@sorrynonna.com.

Lost, damaged or incorrect items Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us at hello@sorrynonna.com immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are not of acceptable quality.
